Shipping policy

All items are Made to Order. Items will take approximately 2-8 business days to fulfill after order is placed.  RIZZ is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise. When the products are shipped the shop provides the customer with a tracking number. If there is any questions about shipping issues we ask that you contact the shipping provider first before contacting the store. Be sure to provide the correct shipping address upon ordering.
